Due to the influence of cold air strengthening from the afternoon of January 9, the area from Ha Tinh to Binh Dinh will have rain, showers and scattered thunderstorms, locally heavy rain. Thunderstorms are likely to cause tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
Thunderstorms accompanied by tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind can affect agricultural production, break trees, damage houses, traffic works and infrastructure.
