It is forecasted that in the next 72 to 120 hours, the storm will move southwest at 10-15 km per hour, and continue to weaken.
At 7:00 a.m. on November 9, the storm will be at approximately 18.5 degrees North latitude; 115.7 degrees East longitude, about 510km northeast of Hoang Sa archipelago.
The storm is moving west at a speed of 15 - 20 km/h. Its intensity is level 13, gusting to level 16. The natural disaster risk level is level 4 for the eastern and northern regions of the East Sea.
At 7:00 a.m. on November 10, the storm center was at about 18.8 degrees North latitude; 112.7 degrees East longitude, about 270 km North-Northeast of Hoang Sa archipelago. The storm gradually weakened, its intensity only reaching level 12, gusting to level 15. The disaster risk level reached level 3 for the North East Sea area, including the Hoang Sa archipelago sea area.
At 7:00 a.m. on November 11, the center of the storm was at approximately 17.7 degrees North latitude; 111.5 degrees East longitude, approximately 130km North of Hoang Sa archipelago. The storm weakened further, its intensity only reaching level 10-11, gusting to level 14. The disaster risk level remained at level 3 for the northern East Sea, including the Hoang Sa archipelago.

The eastern sea area of the North East Sea has strong winds of level 8-11, near the storm's eye level 12-14, gusts of level 17, waves 4.0-6.0m high, near the eye 6.0-8.0m high; rough seas.
Ships operating in the above mentioned dangerous areas are likely to be affected by storms, whirlwinds, strong winds and large waves.
