In the South, it is forecasted that in the next few hours, thunderstorms will develop causing rain. Rainfall is generally from 10-20 mm, in some places over 30 mm. During thunderstorms, beware of tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong gusts of wind level 5-8. Heavy rain can cause localized flooding.
Thua Thien Hue province has had moderate to heavy rain such as: Binh Tien 50.8mm, Huong Binh 30mm... Soil moisture model shows that some areas in the above province are nearly saturated (over 85%) or have reached saturation.
