Meanwhile, Typhoon Usagi has entered the northeastern waters of the North East Sea, becoming the ninth typhoon of 2024. As of tomorrow afternoon, the center of the storm will be at approximately 23.0 degrees North latitude; 121.4 degrees East longitude, in the waters east of Taiwan.
The strongest wind near the storm center is level 8, gusting to level 10. Moving northeast at a speed of about 10-15km/h and gradually weakening.
