Offshore, storm No. 9 is forecast to weaken into a tropical depression tomorrow in the waters off the Central Central Coast.
Due to the influence of cold air moving eastward combined with the circulation of storm No. 9, in the North East Sea area there are strong winds of level 6-7, near the storm center there are strong winds of level 8-9, gusts of level 11, and very rough seas.
