On July 10, Hue City Department of Tourism held a press conference to announce the program "Hue - Culinary Capital 2026" with the theme "Hue Beef Noodle Day", taking place from July 23 to 26 at Thuong Bac Park (Phu Xuan ward).
This is an activity belonging to the Hue Festival 2026 series, aimed at promoting the image of Hue as a cultural, tourist and culinary destination.

During the 4 days of the event, people and tourists will experience Hue culinary space and regions; participate in the National Hue Beef Noodle Festival; enjoy the art program and show "Huyen tich Van Cu and the Huong Ngu symphony".
The highlight of the program is the activity of setting a record for the event of processing and promoting Hue beef noodle soup serving many people to enjoy at the same time, contributing to honoring and promoting the culinary value of Hue.
According to the Hue City Department of Tourism, through the program, the locality expects to continue to elevate the Hue beef noodle soup brand, making the typical dish of the ancient capital a typical cultural and tourist product, contributing to promoting the image of Hue and Vietnamese culinary heritage.
