Right after the opening ceremony of the Dai Rien - Bien Hoa Festival, Gia Lai province will launch low-altitude fireworks at Nguyen Tat Thanh Square (Quy Nhon ward) at 9:30 p.m. on August 29.
The high-altitude fireworks display will take place at Dai Doan Ket Square (Pleiku ward) at 9:30 p.m. on September 2, after a special art program to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2.

Traditional art programs take place at Victory Square. The street festival will take place on Xuan Dieu Street and the central streets of Quy Nhon.
