The 2025 Golden chefs Competition attracted 19 participating teams with many good chefs in and outside Hai Phong City. This is an opportunity for professional chefs to demonstrate their skills, exchange and share professional experiences. The contest is also an opportunity for restaurants and hotels to improve the quality of tourism human resources, introduce the unique cuisine of their businesses to the people and tourists.
Participating in the contest, each team of 3 members will make 4 dishes: street snacks, local specialties, creative dishes from local ingredients and desserts with the criteria of expressing regional identity, ensuring quality, food hygiene and safety. The teams prepared, presented, and presented dishes according to the theme given by the Organizing Committee.
Based on the contest criteria, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 Special Prize, 6 First Prizes, 13 Gold Prizes, and 5 Consolation Prizes to the teams with impressive presentations. This is the 6th time the Golden chef Competition has been organized by the Hai Phong Tourism Association.
