According to Lao Dong, the traditional costume and ao dai parade event had to be postponed for about 30 minutes before the festival started due to the rainy and thunderstorming weather. However, hundreds of people and tourists were present very early, gathering along the streets of Hai Phong Opera House, Quang Trung Street, Nguyen Duc Canh Street, Monument of General Le Chan... to admire, respond and cheer on the groups and the parade, creating an extremely vibrant atmosphere.

Ms. Thao Anh (Kien An, Hai Phong) is one of the people who arrived early to welcome and join the joyful festival of the whole city.
