A representative of Phong Nha - Ke Bang Tourism Center said that on the morning of April 30 alone, Phong Nha and Tien Son caves welcomed about 2,500 visitors, Nuoc Mooc stream about 700 visitors, while Song Chay - Hang Toi tourist area also recorded more than 350 visitors.
Many hotels in Phong Nha town have been fully booked since the evening of April 29. This is equivalent to the same number of visitors last year.
Mr. Tuan Anh, a tourist from Hanoi, shared: My family took a bus from the night of April 29 to Phong Nha early in the morning. The beautiful scenery, good service, we are very excited. In the afternoon, go to Song Chay - Hang To, in the evening, go to Dong Hoi to eat seafood, tomorrow I will go to Quang Tri to visit historical sites".
Not only Phong Nha, many other localities in the province are also bustling during this year's holiday. In Dong Hoi City, on the evening of April 30, two low-altitude fireworks displays will take place at Ho Chi Minh Square and Bao Ninh 1 Urban Area (Regal Legend), attracting a large number of people and tourists.
In addition, the exhibition "Art Scenes" is taking place at Ho Chi Minh Square until May 3, while Bao Ninh 1 Urban Area will organize a series of events "Legend Fest in Dong Hoi" from April 30 to May 4. The highlight is the Legend Fest 2025 beach music festival on the evening of April 30, gathering many young artists.
