    Hanoi - Vietnam International Travel Mart - VITM 2026 opens in a vibrant atmosphere.

    Sáng 10.4, Hội chợ Du lịch Quốc tế Việt Nam VITM 2026 chính thức khai mạc tại Trung tâm Triển lãm quốc tế ICE - Cung Văn hóa Lao động Hữu nghị Việt Xô (Hà Nội), thu hút sự quan tâm, tham dự của đông đảo doanh nghiệp, du khách và các tổ chức xúc tiến du lịch trong và ngoài nước.
    On the morning of April 10, the Vietnam International Travel Mart VITM 2026 officially opened at the ICE International Exhibition Center - Vietnam-Soviet Friendship Labor Culture Palace (Hanoi), gathering a large number of businesses and tourism promotion organizations at home and abroad.
    Với chủ đề “Chuyển đổi số và tăng trưởng Xanh - Nâng tầm Du lịch Việt Nam”, hội chợ hướng tới tạo ra những giá trị mới cho ngành du lịch. Đây cũng là cơ hội để doanh nghiệp tiếp cận công nghệ hiện đại, mô hình kinh doanh thông minh, đồng thời giới thiệu các sản phẩm du lịch xanh, bền vững theo xu hướng toàn cầu.
    With the theme "Digital Transformation and Green Growth - Elevating Vietnam Tourism", the fair aims to create new values for the tourism industry. This is also an opportunity for businesses to access modern technology, smart business models, and introduce green and sustainable tourism products according to global trends.
    Phát biểu khai mạc sự kiện, bà Cao Thị Ngọc Lan - Phó Chủ tịch Thường trực Hiệp hội Du lịch Việt Nam cho biết: “Chủ đề Chuyển đổi số và tăng trưởng Xanh - Nâng tầm Du lịch Việt Nam cho Hội chợ Du lịch Quốc tế Việt Nam - VITM lần thứ 15 nhằm tạo ra những giá trị mới cho ngành Du lịch, lan toả xu hướng phát triển du lịch trong bối cảnh mới, khi chuyển đổi số và tăng trưởng xanh đang trở thành hai động lực quan trọng trong phát triển kinh tế Việt Nam“. Chủ đề này của Hội chợ sẽ góp phần thúc đẩy các địa phương, các doanh nghiệp du lịch tập trung xây dựng các điểm đến xanh, sản phẩm du lịch xanh,đào tạo nguồn lao động có kiến thức về du lịch xanh, xúc tiến xanh để góp phần đưa Du lịch trở thành ngành kinh tế xanh của Việt Nam.
    Speaking at the opening of the event, Ms. Cao Thi Ngoc Lan - Standing Vice President of the Vietnam Tourism Association said: "The theme Digital Transformation and Green Growth - Elevating Vietnam Tourism for the 15th Vietnam International Travel Mart - VITM aims to create new values for the tourism industry, spreading the trend of tourism development in the new context, when digital transformation and green growth are becoming two important driving forces in Vietnam's economic development". This theme of the Fair will contribute to promoting localities and tourism businesses to focus on building green destinations, green tourism products, training knowledgeable workers on green tourism, and green promotion to contribute to making Tourism a green economic sector of Vietnam.
    Tại sự kiện, Thứ trưởng Bộ Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch Hồ An Phong nhấn mạnh, VITM 2026 là sự kiện quan trọng trong chuỗi hoạt động của Năm Du lịch Quốc gia, đóng vai trò kết nối cung - cầu và tạo động lực phát triển cho ngành. Ông khẳng định, chuyển đổi số là xu thế tất yếu, giúp du lịch Việt Nam bước sang giai đoạn mới với sự hỗ trợ của AI, dữ liệu lớn trong phân tích thị trường, cá nhân hóa sản phẩm và tối ưu quảng bá.
    At the event, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ho An Phong emphasized that VITM 2026 is an important event in the series of activities of the National Tourism Year, playing a role in connecting supply and demand and creating development momentum for the industry. He affirmed that digital transformation is an inevitable trend, helping Vietnamese tourism enter a new phase with the support of AI, big data in market analysis, product personalization and promotion optimization. Mr. Ho An Phong hopes that the entire industry will work together to accelerate and act more drastically, taking good advantage of opportunities for Vietnamese tourism to grow strongly, improve its competitiveness and position in the region and internationally.

    The fair officially opens to visitors from 10 am on the 10th. 4. Aviation and travel businesses' booths attract a large number of tourists interested in shopping, as well as participating in minigames to receive prizes.
    Bên cạnh đó, hội chợ có các gian hàng quốc tế như Hàn Quốc, Malaysia, Đài Loan... cũng đem đến nhiều chương trình trải nghiệm văn hóa, tìm hiểu điểm đến thú vị.
    In addition, the fair has international booths such as Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan (China)... also bringing many cultural experience programs, learning about interesting destinations. Vietnam International Travel Mart VITM 2026 takes place from April 9 to 12 with many trade activities, tourism promotion and cultural exchange. With the participation of 31 provinces and cities of Vietnam and 20 countries and territories, the Fair has nearly 400 booths of over 600 organizations and businesses, of which 15% are international booths.
