The 2025 Autumn Fair takes place from October 25, 2025 to November 4, 2025, at the VEC Vietnam Exhibition Center (Truong Sa Street, Dong Anh Commune, Hanoi City).
During this time, Hanoi City Police organizes traffic diversion, temporarily bans and guides vehicles to move as follows:
Temporarily prohibit cargo vehicles with a cargo weight of 3,500kg or more, passenger cars with 29 seats or more (except for buses, garbage trucks, incident handling vehicles, vehicles with protection badges, vehicles of the police force, the army and other priority vehicles as prescribed by law).
At the same time, limit the operation of trucks under 3,500kg, passenger cars under 29 seats, private cars and motorbikes on Ly Son, Truong Sa and Hoang Sa streets.
To ensure smooth traffic, Hanoi City Police organizes directions for vehicles to avoid temporarily banned and restricted areas as follows:
Vehicles from Hai Phong, Bac Ninh provinces... to Phu Tho, Thai Nguyen... along the Thanh Tri bridge route - Hanoi - Bac Giang expressway - National Highway 18 - Vo Van Kiet and vice versa.
Vehicles from National Highway 3 to Xuan Canh intersection and Bac Thang Long - Vuc De intersection go towards Hoang Sa - Vo Van Kiet road.
Vehicles from Noi Bai airport go in the direction of Vo Nguyen Giap - National Highway 18 - Vo Van Kiet or Hanoi - Bac Giang Expressway.
Transport units proactively adjust the route of passenger vehicles, while limiting operations on affected routes.
People and tourists driving vehicles are advised to strictly comply with the Road Traffic Law, follow the instructions and traffic flow of the authorities to ensure order and traffic safety during the 2025 Autumn Fair.
