On January 24, Vung Tau Ward People's Committee said that this year's Spring Flower Festival is still mainly deployed in Quang Trung Flower Garden area (also known as Tam Giac Park, Bai Truoc area) with the theme "Strengthful integration - Accelerating and rising in the new era".
According to the design, the main scene is inspired by the image of the Horse - the mascot of the year of Binh Ngo - combined with the image of apricot blossoms symbolizing the Southern spring.
In which, the image of 3 large horses in a galloping posture, with their own shades (in blue, yellow, red), stylized by sea waves, on the stage in the shape of apricot blossoms... represents the diversity of resources, converging and accompanying forward.
Bearing the meaning "Green sea steadfastly stepping - Success upon arrival", the grand scene symbolizes the spirit of breakthrough - prosperity - success, associated with the spirit of strong rise of Vung Tau in the new year 2026.
The entire Quang Trung Flower Garden area is designed with tens of thousands of flower pots, creating soft curved flower carpets that feel like a natural flow in open space. Along with the flower hill built like a prairie from the combination of plants from many regions, creating richness and ecological balance. Bringing the festival space to rise up like a vivid picture, harmonizing tradition and modernity, between nature and people.
According to Vung Tau Ward People's Committee, the design of this year's Spring Flower Festival has been approved by competent authorities, with a total estimated implementation cost of about 19 billion VND.
The decoration of Binh Ngo Spring 2026 is not only implemented at Quang Trung Flower Garden, but also implemented at Co May bridge point, and Thuy Van park (Bai Sau area). The implementation of the Spring Flower Festival is expected to be completed and put into operation to serve people and tourists coming to Vung Tau from February 15th (December 28th of the lunar calendar).
