Attractive series of activities
The Northwest - Dien Bien hoaxes Festival in 2025 will take place from September 19-21 in Dien Bien Phu ward. This is a key activity in the Tourism Development Cooperation Program between the 8 Expanded Northwestern Provinces and Ho Chi Minh City.
The event is organized with the goal of building a unique and unique tourism brand " quintessence of the Northwest" rich in identity, to honor the beauty of the land, culture and people of the ethnic groups in the Northwest region to expand to attract tourists.

In addition, the "Quintessence of the Northwest Flowers" street festival with the participation of 1,000 mass actors will bring a colorful art space, with parades, performances of folk songs, folk dances, and traditional costumes of ethnic groups.
The festival is also an open stage, where visitors and people can directly exchange, experience and feel the depth of highland culture such as: Exhibition, introduction of unique tourist destinations of the expanded Northwestern provinces and Ho Chi Minh City; Northwestern food festival; beautiful photo exhibition of tourism "Northwestern Colors"...
Careful preparation and international standards
A notable highlight of this Festival is the participation and coordination of many international partners. Dien Bien province has sent a letter inviting the Japanese and Indian Embassies; Luang Prabang province (Laos), Chiang Mai province (Thailand), Yunnan province (China) and Saint Petersburg city (Russia) to participate.
According to the leader of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dien Bien, preparations for the Northwest Tinh Hoa Festival in 2025 are currently being focused on by relevant units and departments.
The Department has submitted to the Provincial People's Committee a detailed plan of the programs. The Provincial People's Committee has directed the supervision and management of the business system, restaurants, and tourist hotels in the area to improve service quality; control prices; ensure food hygiene and safety, and create a beautiful image for Dien Bien tourism.
According to Mr. Nguyen Ba Anh - Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology, To best serve the need for information connection of people, tourists and press activities, Dien Bien province has deployed the installation of free Wifi systems at the locations of the Northwest - Dien Bien Premier Flower Festival in 2025.
With careful preparation and rich content, the Festival is expected to create a strong boost, spread traditional cultural values and promote tourism in Dien Bien province in the coming time.
