On August 18, leaders of the Hue Ancient Capital Relic Preservation Center informed that, on the occasion of the 81st anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2026) and National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2026), Vietnamese citizens are exempt from tickets to visit historical and cultural relics belonging to the Hue Ancient Capital Relic Complex.
Accordingly, the free ticket policy is applied for two days, August 19 and September 2, creating conditions for domestic people and tourists to visit, experience and learn about the historical and cultural values of Hue Ancient Capital.
Visitors can explore the system of relics, palaces, tombs and unique architectural works belonging to the Hue Ancient Capital Relic Complex.
The exemption of entrance tickets is implemented according to Resolution No. 55 of the Hue City People's Council stipulating the collection level, collection regime, payment, management and use of entrance fees to Hue historical and cultural relics belonging to the Hue Ancient Capital Relic Complex.
This activity also contributes to bringing heritage closer to the community, promoting the image of Hue and raising awareness of preserving, conserving, and promoting heritage values.
