In December 2025, in Khanh Hoa, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with Diageo Group and Kenan Foundation Asia (Thailand) held a summary ceremony for the "Lifetime Learning" Project.
The project is implemented by Diageo Group and Kenan Foundation Asia, focusing on improving the competitiveness of human resources in the tourism - hospitality industry, meeting the development requirements of the industry in the context of digital transformation and international integration.

In Khanh Hoa, the project will be implemented from August to December 2025, training 15 lecturers of Nha Trang College of Tourism on 21st century skills, work readiness skills, green skills, digital skills and artificial intelligence, and brewing skills in bars and restaurants.
Through the program, the teaching staff is updated with new knowledge, innovated teaching methods, and gradually formed a core teaching force capable of replicating the model and maintaining training quality in the coming time.
According to the organizers, after 3 years of implementation, the project has trained more than 1,000 students and 40 lecturers in key tourism centers such as Hanoi, Da Nang and Khanh Hoa.
Together with experts, the group of lecturers participating in the project completed the curriculum and directly taught 200 students. Notably, the project also connects students with tourism - hotel businesses, creating internship and job opportunities, contributing to solving the human resource problem for the local tourism industry.
