From January 25 to February 2 (December 26, Giap Thin - 5th day of Tet At Ty), Lam Dong welcomed about 380,000 tourists, an increase of 35.7% compared to the Lunar New Year last year.
Of which, international visitors reached 27,000 (up 35%), overnight guests were estimated at 270,000 (up 68.8%).
The number of guests peaked from January 30 to February 1 (the 2nd to 4th day of the Lunar New Year), with room occupancy at 3-5 star hotels reaching 75-85%, and other types of accommodation reaching about 60-70%.
In preparation for the 2025 Lunar New Year tourist season, service businesses have invested in upgrading facilities, improving service quality, and developing new tourism products. At the same time, establishments have strengthened safety assurance and improved the quality of tour guides.
Tourism businesses comply with price registration with tax authorities, listing and selling at the correct regulated price.
During the Lunar New Year 2025, tourism service prices will increase by 20-30%.
