Recorded on the morning of May 2nd, many roads leading to the center of Da Lat are still crowded with vehicles, famous tourist attractions are bustling with people and tourists coming to have fun and entertain.

In the Xuan Huong Lake area, Da Lat market and central roads such as Tran Quoc Toan, Hoang Van Thu, Tran Phu, Ba Thang Tu..., the number of people and vehicles increased significantly during peak hours.

The traffic flow stretched out, moving slowly but there was no prolonged congestion. Functional forces and traffic regulation systems were strengthened, helping traffic to be basically smooth.

Not only the central area, familiar tourist destinations such as waterfalls, tea hills, flower gardens or suburban check-in areas also recorded a rapid increase in the number of visitors.
Many families and groups of young people choose to rent motorbikes or self-driving cars to explore the city, contributing to increasing vehicle density on gateway roads.

One of the factors helping Da Lat continue to attract tourists is favorable weather.
During the holidays, the weather is lightly sunny, the air is fresh, the temperature fluctuates from 22–24 degrees Celsius, creating a comfortable feeling for sightseeing, street walking and resort activities.

Many tourists said that the typical cool climate of the highland city is the reason they chose Da Lat instead of sea tourist destinations during the holidays.
Representatives of the Lam Dong Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism said that the room occupancy rate at hotels and homestays in the central area is about 80–85%.

Some accommodation establishments with convenient locations, near Da Lat market or Xuan Huong lake, recorded a rapid increase in the number of guests from the evening of April 30 and were almost fully booked on May 1.

According to a representative of an accommodation establishment, this year the number of customers tends to book rooms earlier than every year, especially family groups and short-day tours. Room rates are kept stable, without sudden increases, contributing to creating a comfortable psychology for tourists.
Previously, during the Hung Kings Commemoration Festival holiday (from April 25 to 27), Lam Dong welcomed about 350,000 visitors to visit and relax, including about 14,000 international visitors. Tourism revenue is estimated at nearly 770 billion VND.
In 2026, Lam Dong province aims to be in the group of 5 localities attracting the largest number of tourists in the country, with a total number of visitors reaching 25.8 million, of which international visitors are about 1.58 million; revenue from tourism activities is estimated at about 71,500 billion VND.
