Recently, Korean blogger Ryu-ju and her family traveled to Da Nang. The group visited the restaurant "Co Ba" - a famous address for Koreans.
Ryu-ju and her friends ordered seafood pho, beef pho, seafood banh canh, banh xeo, fresh spring rolls, spring rolls, and stir-fried water spinach from the menu.
"My favorite dish is seafood pho. It's really delicious. If you squeeze a slice of lemon and a little pepper, it's even better. This is probably the best bowl of pho I've ever had, so delicious that I drank all the broth," Ryu-ju shared.
"The beef pho has a clear broth, with lots of meat and beef balls. The beef pho is not spicy, so my kids love it. The broth is clear and rich. I think it would be delicious if you mixed rice with the broth.
Seafood banh canh has chewy noodles, and it's served with bread, so it's delicious when dipped in the sauce. I think it's quite nutritious because it contains a lot of seafood," Ryu-ju added.
Ryu-ju's friend liked spring rolls the most. The spring rolls had large shrimp and vegetables inside, and the taste was simple but delicious. Eaten with sweet and sour fish sauce, you could feel the harmonious flavors.
Ryu-ju said she loved banh xeo so much that she ate it for three consecutive days in Vietnam. She affirmed that anyone would love banh xeo because of its easy-to-eat flavor and delicious dipping sauce. After a delicious meal, Ryu-ju advised visitors to try this restaurant on their first day visiting Da Nang.
