On the morning of February 26, Phan Rang Ward Police said they had just received a thank-you letter from Mr. Jean - Paul Wisniewski (born 1961, French nationality) regarding his support in finding lost property.
Previously, Mr. Wisniewski came to the Phan Rang Ward Police headquarters to report on February 18, 2026 (ie, the 2nd day of Tet). During Tet holiday in the ward, he accidentally lost a blue touch mobile phone.
Immediately after receiving the report, the ward police task force proceeded to verify and review. In just about 2 hours, functional forces found the phone and handed it over to the owner.
At the Ward Police headquarters, Mr. Wisniewski expressed his joy and gratitude for the enthusiastic and responsible support of the functional forces.
This tourist highly appreciates the safe and friendly environment in the locality, and said that timely support has helped him feel secure and confident when traveling in Khanh Hoa province in particular and Vietnam in general.
In a thank-you letter sent to Phan Rang Ward Police, the French tourist acknowledged the professional, friendly and effective working spirit of officers and soldiers.
