At the program, after the incense offering ceremony of the delegates, reading wishes, offering prayers and drumming to open the festival by the leaders of Le Ich Moc ward, Calligrapher Le Anh Chau began to write the Dai Tu: "Nhan Tri Hung Long". The Dai Tu fully carries the noble philosophy of life: Humanity is compassion, the root of human morality; Wisdom is knowledge, the light illuminating the path for all actions; Hung is the prosperous development of family and homeland; Long is the sustainability and longevity of good values.
After the calligraphy opening ceremony, leaders of Le Ich Moc ward performed the seal opening ceremony, showing the determination of the Party Committee, government and local people in promoting the tradition of studiousness, and arousing the spirit of innovation in the new year.
