Three box lines named Diep Hoa, Da Lien and Kim Truc, using natural images such as flowers, leaves, lotus and bamboo. Design combines metallic details with modern East Asian-style motifs.
The cakes are handmade by the hotel's cake team, combining traditional techniques with modern approaches. The collection price starts from 1.05 million VND per box.

Commemorating its 125th anniversary, Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi brings the hotel's historical imprint into the 2026 Mid-Autumn Festival collection with the theme "Metropole: The Story of a Living Legend".
The cake set is handmade with carefully selected ingredients. Six flavors including traditional mixtures; green beans, apricots and salted eggs; lotus seeds and macadamia seeds; black sesame seeds and sunflower seeds; orange peel and Grand Marnier wine; taro and cordyceps.

In the high-end gift segment, a box of 6 100g cakes or a box of 4 150g cakes with "Metropole heritage plate" is priced at 3.5 million VND. The limited lacquer box version includes 6 cakes, two boxes of royal lotus tea and jasmine tea, and a pair of heritage plates priced at 10.99 million VND.

With the "Luu Nien Wood Fragrance" collection, Pan Pacific Hanoi is inspired by wooden flowers - flowers associated with fragrance and memories.
The collection has many types of boxes, from traditional cake boxes to premium versions combined with tea or decorations. Eight flavors are introduced including salted eggs, pineapple, green beans with coconut milk, taro, cheese coffee, green tea, black tea and longan seeds.

The announced starting price is from 798,000 VND, belonging to the high-end product group but still having many choices at different price levels.

Meliá Hanoi's "Nguyet Phuc Vien" collection exploits familiar images and symbols of Asian culture, placed in the space of the reunion season.
The seven flavors are introduced quite diversely, from traditional mixtures to modern flavors such as western albaricoque, black sesame egg salad, melted lotus eggs, melted chocolate, and mixed fillings of cordyceps, chà bông, abalone XO.

Inspired by the peaceful beauty of Vietnamese nature and the moment of reunion under the full moon, InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72 built a collection in the direction of combining traditional features with modern forms.
The flavors range from mixed vegetables, green beans, salted eggs, black sesame, salted eggs to new choices such as white lotus, ginger and salted egg cream, apricot blossoms, abalone XO or beef mixed vegetables.

The prices of cake boxes are divided into many segments, from about 950,000 VND for traditional boxes to nearly 7 million VND for high-end gift versions.

The collection "Colors of heritage, complete reunion" of Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi Centre is inspired by folk art and familiar visual materials of Hanoi.
Two colors, magenta red and indigo blue, are used as the main colors, evoking associations with folk paintings, lacquer, indigo dyed fabric and ancient ceramic enamel. The interwoven circles on the box symbolize harmony, connection and continuity.
