During the 4 days off (from August 30 to September 2), accommodation establishments in the area welcomed about 275,000 guests, an increase of 10.35% over the same period; including more than 68,000 international visitors, an increase of 47.6%.
The average room occupancy rate is over 79%. Some areas such as Bai Dai, Doc Let, island resorts, Binh Son - Ninh Chu, Vinh Hy... have a capacity of over 80%.
In the center of Nha Trang ward and Phan Rang ward, the average room occupancy rate is from 60% or more, focusing on the 3-5 star segment. furthermore, the Tran Phu hotel network has a capacity of about 70%.
Also on this occasion, tourist attractions in the province welcomed 632,815 visitors, an increase of 10.35% over the same period. Total revenue from tourism reached more than 963.5 billion VND, an increase of nearly 27.4%.
According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the work of ensuring security, order and safety during the holiday has been strengthened. Tourism establishments strictly comply with regulations on fire prevention and fighting, food safety and hygiene.
The Tourist Support Information Station at Nha Trang Coastal Park has received and answered a number of requests from tourists, mainly related to sightseeing, entertainment, routes and foreign currency exchange points.
