The Organizing Committee of the Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Sea Festival 2025 has just announced the main programs held at the 11th Sea Festival taking place from June 7-9, 2025.
With the theme "Space of Cultural Heritage of Khanh Hoa Sea and Islands", there will be 50 cultural, sports, tourism and entertainment activities held at the Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Sea Festival 2025.
The highlight of the 2025 Sea Festival is a series of festivals bearing the typical mark of Khanh Hoa province, recreated on a large scale, such as the grand musical scene of the fishing festival, the bird's nest festival, the agarwood festival, the ao dai festival...
In particular, this is the first year that the program on Khanh Hoa agarwood products has been elevated to a festival level. Famous with the name "Land of Agarwood, Sea of Yen", Khanh Hoa agarwood products have existed for hundreds of years, associated with the legend of the holy mother Thien Y A Na.
Mr. Bien Quoc Dung - Chairman of Khanh Hoa Agarwood Association said that in 2019, the unit unanimously chose the 2nd day of the 3rd lunar month every year as the anniversary of the agarwood profession.
Khanh Hoa Department of Tourism has included in the list of joint ventures and associations between Khanh Hoa agarwood products combined with the development of tourism culture, sightseeing, and trade promotion with domestic and foreign tourist groups.
Currently, natural agarwood resources are scarce, so in parallel with product development, Khanh Hoa Agarwood Association is also associated with building raw material areas to develop sustainable professions.
Along with the festivals, the 2025 Sea Festival will also feature art performances combined with high-altitude fireworks displays.

The Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Sea Festival is expected to attract more than 600,000 domestic and international visitors, foreign diplomatic missions in Vietnam and many art troupes from other countries to attend and perform.
