According to the investor, the project started in an isolated area, stretching from Bai Tre to Dam Bay, where the coastal terrain is almost original with cliffs facing directly to the ocean.
This area simultaneously converges elements of private space, sea and island landscape and coastal rocky terrain with constantly changing altitudes, creating a premise for developing a golf links course according to international standards.
Bai Tre golf course is developed according to the 19-hole links model, designed by architect Kyle Phillips.

He is a world-renowned golf course architect, associated with many works listed in the top 100 best golf courses in the world, such as California Golf Club of San Francisco (USA), Kingsbarns (Scotland), South Cape Owners Club (Korea) and Yas Links (UAE).
Kyle Phillips' design philosophy at Bai Tre focuses on maximizing respect for natural terrain, limiting interference with the original landscape.
Golf holes are arranged according to the natural variations of altitude and sea wind direction, forcing players to continuously adjust tactics in the face of environmental factors.
The highlight of the project lies in the 9 golf holes behind, located on Top Cliff terrain - a high coastal cliff. Here, the fairway follows the high coastal slopes, opening up a wide view of Nha Trang Bay, bringing a different experience in both visual and gameplay.
This is the first golf course in Vietnam to be started with a design on a coastal cliff terrain.
In addition to 18 standard holes, Bai Tre golf course is also designed with a 19th golf hole, to extend the post-round experience, strengthen connection and exchange between golfers.
The project is oriented to be a high-end public golf course, serving the domestic and international golf community.
