According to the plan, this year's festival will take place with many traditional rituals such as: incense offering ceremony, flower offering ceremony of delegations and pilgrims; traditional worship ceremony; opening ceremony of Saint Mother; along with performances of singing and dancing.
The organization of festivals is required to ensure solemnity; activities take place healthily, maintaining environmental hygiene, security and order, and food safety and hygiene. The offering of incense and flowers to the Mother Goddess of the delegations must be in accordance with traditional rituals, avoiding ostentation and formality.
