On April 22, at Co Be Ngai Vang Temple (Thanh Ha village, Trung Gia commune, Hanoi), the 4th Bach Thien Hieu Vi Tien Festival took place in a solemn and emotional atmosphere. The event was attended by a large number of delegates, cultural researchers, artists and people.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, teacher Huyen Tich - head of Co Be Ngai Vang Temple, Head of the Organizing Committee, emphasized that the Bach Thien Hieu Festival is about inheriting and promoting the good values of filial piety.
The Bach Thien Hieu Vi Tien festival sends a simple message: Living with full meaning - full affection, worthy of the merit of birth. Maintaining filial piety is preserving human roots. Filial piety does not wait until it is full, but starts from the smallest things every day," shared teacher Huyen Tich.

The overarching message of the festival aims to promote filial piety, reminding everyone to cherish family values, especially the merits of parents' birth and upbringing. Thereby, contributing to consolidating the moral foundation, strengthening community cohesion and the great national unity bloc in modern society. Therefore, coming to the festival, each child can not only commemorate but also say words of thanks and apologies that they did not have time to say to their parents.
According to teacher Huyen Tich, when UNESCO recognized the Practice of Mother Goddess Worship of the Three Realms of Vietnamese people as a representative intangible cultural heritage of humanity in 2016, this further affirmed the value of Mother Goddess worship in the life of Vietnamese people.
Throughout history, the values of Loyalty and Filial Piety have always been preserved and crystallized through many typical cultural images, from the Mother Goddess worship belief in folk to historical figures such as Saint Tran Hung Dao or Nguyen Trai.
