Huong Pagoda Tourism Festival 2026 takes place from February 18 to the end of May 11 (ie from the 2nd day of the first lunar month to the 25th day of the 3rd lunar month of Binh Ngo), with the goal of building a safe, civilized, modern festival season and improving the quality of experience for tourists.
One of the notable new points is the arrangement of a separate hotline, operating throughout the festival season to receive and promptly handle feedback from tourists.
Mr. Vuong Trong Dao, Vice Chairman of Huong Son Commune People's Committee, said that this year the locality assigned specialized officials to the hotline 19001207. The addition of a regular hotline, associated with a rapid response team, is to avoid overload and ensure that information is processed quickly and effectively.

At the same time, the Organizing Committee continues to promote digital transformation in festival management, from selling electronic tickets, selling tickets online, checking tickets with QR codes to managing boat tickets, installing AI camera systems at key points and operating operating centers to monitor and analyze the number of visitors at each time frame.
The entire content of explanations at the attractions is standardized and digitized, deploying automatic explanations in many languages to overcome the shortage of guides on peak days, when the number of visitors can reach 45,000-50,000 per day.
Notably, during the 2026 festival season, service cars (yellow license plates) and vehicles with 10 seats or more are free of charge at parking lots according to regulations.
In particular, the work of ensuring security and order, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting, and environmental sanitation is implemented synchronously; acts of touting, price gouging, trade fraud, and encroachment on relic space will be strictly handled.

Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Huong Son commune Tran Duc Hai said that the renaming of the festival to "Huong Pagoda Tourism Festival" shows the orientation of systematic, professional and sustainable tourism development, not only focusing on the peak season at the beginning of the year but also towards developing 4-season Huong Pagoda tourism.
This is also an important basis for the locality to gradually complete the criteria, submit to the Government for recognition of Huong Pagoda as a National Tourist Area in 2026, and move towards building a dossier to nominate UNESCO in the following years.
