The competition is built on the background of 10 songs, combined with lighting effects and music to recreate the beauty, vitality and identity of the city by the Han River.

Meanwhile, the Macedos Pirotecnia team of Portugal will perform a work called United Horizons: The Symphony of Convergence. People without tickets can still watch fireworks displays from many public locations along both banks of the Han River such as Tran Hung Dao and Bach Dang streets, bridges across the river or hotels and bars around the Han River where the festival takes place. However, it is necessary to choose a suitable location, not stopping or parking on the road to ensure safety and not obstruct traffic.
