The Provincial People's Committee requested the authorities of Phan Dinh Phung and Linh Son wards to coordinate with functional forces to fully install temporary signs, organize traffic flow, and guide traffic, ensuring smooth and safe travel for people. After the end of the road closure period, the units must urgently dismantle, temporarily revoke the signs and restore the original traffic status.

On October 3 and 4 (ie August 12 and 13 of the lunar calendar), the Children's Tet holiday program and the 2025 Provincial Mid-Autumn Festival Festival Festival Festival will take place at Vo Nguyen Giap Square, Phan Dinh Phung Ward, Thai Nguyen Province.

With the theme "Thai Nguyen - Speeding at the Full Moon Festival", the program has many attractive activities such as: Art performance, Dragon lion dance, circus, Mid-Autumn Festival tray display, online competition for Mid-Autumn Festival model, giving gifts to children in difficult circumstances... The highlight is the Mid-Autumn Festival Festival with the participation of 92 communes and wards at three locations: Vo Nguyen Giap Square, Van Xuan Square and Bac Kan Cultural House Square.

In particular, at Vo Nguyen Giap Square, the program "Full Moon Festival Night - Lanterns to Light Up Dreams" will take place organized by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in coordination with Thai Nguyen province, with meaningful activities including free medical examinations, photo exhibitions, cultural exchanges... expected to attract about 2,000 delegates and children to participate.

The event promises to bring a brilliant light festival with more than 30 unique Mid-Autumn Festival lantern models for the people of 30 communes and wards in Area I, along with businesses, universities, colleges and high schools in the province.

In addition, visitors will be immersed in a unique cultural space, interwoven between tradition and modernity, between identity and integration. Many attractive activities are organized such as the Mid-Autumn Festival tray display and lantern decoration. The art program featured singer Dong Hung - top 3 of Sao Mai appointment points 2012, along with street circus performances, cartoon character costumes performed by the Hanoi Circus. Other highlights include the national costume parade of the three regions and the vibrant participation of many clubs and dance groups in and outside the province.

The Mid-Autumn Festival atmosphere at Vo Nguyen Giap Square and Doi Can and Hoang Van Thu streets will shine with sparkling colors and bustling drum sounds, creating an indispensable festival for Thai Nguyen people. This will also be an attractive destination, contributing to enriching the journey to explore the night-time beauty of the central urban area of the province.
