The 2025 Peace Festival is one of the activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Traditional Day, the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection; the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day on September 2.
From 16 - 19.8.2025, the walking street space in Hoan Kiem Lake, Hanoi will become the focus of the "Peaceful Day". The program was chaired by the Ministry of Public Security with more than 12 exhibition and performance activities, unique experiences, and free opening to people and tourists.
To ensure the activities take place fully and safely, some streets around Hoan Kiem Lake will temporarily stop traffic at 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on August 18-19 on some of the following routes: Hang Bai - Hai Ba Trung - Hang Khay - Trang Tien - Ngo Quyen - Dinh Le - Le Thach - Le Lai - Dinh Tien Hoang.
People and tourists should proactively choose means of transportation, arrange time and choose a suitable route.
