On July 16, Long Hai Commune People's Committee said that it had just launched the model and tourism product "Long Hai Green Sea - Connecting playground, community destination" to serve people and tourists coming to play and relax in the area.
The "Long Hai Blue Sea" model is deployed on the Phuoc Thang - Phuoc Binh - Phuoc Lam inter-hamlet beach more than 2km long, which includes 2 functional areas: amusement - sports activity area and a community - fishing village experience area.
In the Sports and Entertainment Area, the locality is investing in beach infrastructure; establishing professional beach soccer and volleyball fields; serving teambuilding, camping as well as other cultural and sports activities.
The Community Experience - Fishing Village area will be implemented in the next phase, expected to organize interesting experience activities for tourists such as: participating in coastal fishing, net pulling, direct seafood processing as well as creating unique check-in points bearing the Long Hai imprint.

According to Long Hai Commune People's Committee, the implementation of the "Long Hai Green Sea" tourism model and product aims to concretize the breakthrough in the Resolution of the Long Hai Commune Party Congress, term 2025-2030 on "Developing high-quality, sustainable marine tourism, associated with preserving and promoting cultural and historical identity, while promoting community economy". This is also the beginning of the journey to awaken the potential of beautiful beaches, still retaining their pristine beauty; sustainably exploiting natural values, turning available potentials into effective resources for community economic development.
The implementation of this model is expected to become a typical tourism product, creating a unique mark for the Long Hai sea tourism brand. At the same time, it creates more livelihoods from tourism, contributing to improving people's lives, and gradually affirming Long Hai's position on the high-quality sea tourism map of Ho Chi Minh City.
