The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued Plan No. 760/KH-BVHTTDL on the implementation of Resolution No. 11/NQ-CP dated January 15, 2025 of the Government.
The program was issued to implement Resolution No. 11/NQ-CP on visa exemption under the Tourism Development Screening Program in 2025 for citizens of the following countries: Republic of Poland, Czech Republic and Federal Republic of Switzerland and Resolution No. 25/NQ-CP dated February 5, 2025 of the Government on growth targets for sectors, fields and localities; improving the quality of tourism service, increasing the attraction of international visitors to Vietnam in 2025.
Accordingly, the exemption of entry visas with a temporary stay of 45 days from the date of entry for tourism purposes for Polish, Czech and Swiss citizens will be implemented from March 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 to stimulate tourism development.

Citizens of the above 3 countries entering Vietnam must meet: entry conditions under the one-sided visa exemption as prescribed by the Law on entry, exit, transit, and residence of foreigners in Vietnam, passports with a validity period of at least 6 months and travel under the program organized by Vietnam's international travel service business enterprise, and have a certificate of participation in the tourism program.
Enterprises with an international travel service business license need to submit a registration to participate in organizing tourism programs for citizens of the above 3 countries to the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinates with ministries, branches and localities to guide businesses to implement the Resolution and Tourism Development stimulus Program in 2025; strengthen communication and promotion to attract international tourists to Vietnam as well as organize the Program to introduce Vietnamese tourism destinations in the markets of the Republic of Poland, the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Switzerland and the Vietnam Culture - Tourism Week in the Republic of Poland, the Czech Republic on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of diplomatic establishment with Vietnam...
Vietnam Tourism Association and local tourism associations need to mobilize members and tourism businesses to participate and respond actively; proactively coordinate with authorities and the business community to implement tourism stimulus programs.
Airlines will develop preferential policies for Vietnamese travel businesses, including preferential price packages, airfares or promotional programs, especially for large groups of visitors participating in the stimulus program.
Research and plan to open more direct flights, charter flights, increase flight frequency connecting Vietnam's tourist centers with the Republic of Poland, the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Switzerland.
