On August 12, Phong Nha Commune Police (Quang Tri province) said that they had just returned an iPhone 11 to an Israeli tourist who dropped it while sightseeing in the area.
Previously, at the Phong Nha Commune Police headquarters, the police force handed over the phone to tourist Layba Maya (born 2011, Israeli nationality).
While visiting Phong Nha commune, Layba Maya accidentally dropped an iPhone 11.
After picking up the tourist's property, a local resident proactively brought the phone to Phong Nha Commune Police to hand over, asking functional forces to find the owner to return it.
Receiving the phone, Phong Nha Commune Police proceeded to verify the information and contacted the tourist who lost his property.
After that, the iPhone 11 was handed over by the police force to Layba Maya.
Receiving the phone back, tourists and their families expressed their joy and thanked the people who found the property as well as Phong Nha Commune Police for supporting the search and return.
According to Phong Nha Commune Police, people's proactive handover of found property to find lost people contributes to spreading beautiful actions, and at the same time building the image of Phong Nha as a safe destination for tourists.
