Ninh Giang Commune People's Committee, Hai Phong City has just issued a plan to organize the Binh Ngo Spring Painting Temple Festival 2026 to preserve and promote the value of national-level historical and cultural relics; and at the same time honor the good traditions of the festival - national intangible cultural heritage.
Thereby contributing to educating the tradition of "When drinking water, remember the source", promoting the cultural and tourism image of the locality and meeting the spiritual and cultural needs of people and tourists from all directions.
According to the plan, the festival will be held for 3 days, from March 27 to 29, 2026 (ie from February 9 to 11 of the Binh Ngo year). The opening ceremony will take place on the morning of March 28, 2026 (ie February 10 of the lunar calendar) at the Tranh Temple relic site, Tranh Xuyen village.

Activities within the framework of the festival are organized according to traditional rituals, ensuring solemnity, compliance with regulations and in accordance with local customs and traditions.
The organization work is implemented in a safe, economical, and healthy direction, promoting traditional cultural values associated with the implementation of civilized lifestyles in festival activities.
In addition, functional forces will strengthen coordination to implement measures to ensure security and order, traffic safety, fire and explosion prevention, environmental sanitation and food safety. At the same time, proactively implement epidemic prevention and control measures, contributing to creating a joyful and safe festival atmosphere, serving well the cultural and religious needs of people and tourists from all directions.
Within the framework of the festival, on the evening of March 26, 2026 (ie, February 8 of the Binh Ngo year), an art program with the theme "Tran Temple - Sacred Rendezvous" will take place, opening a series of cultural and spiritual activities of the 2026 spring festival.
