According to records on November 1, many families and groups of young people also chose to come to the festival to enjoy vegetarian dishes and participate in interactive activities. The 2025 Vegetarian Food Festival will last until November 4 to honor the quintessence of vegetarian cuisine, promote a green lifestyle, green economy, promote green tourism and spread the message " Eat clean - Live green - Sustainable development".
In particular, on November 1, the Green Green Green Binh Phu - Environmental Joining Hands Festival 2025 officially launched. This is one of the highlights of the festival, with a green - waste-free festival model, designed with a program to classify, recycle and treat food waste.
This year's festival is held at Binh Phu Park, on an area of nearly 7 hectares, gathering about 200 OCOP, organic, and nutrition booths from Ho Chi Minh City and many provinces and cities.

According to Mr. Nguyen Tan Viet - Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Food Association, this year's festival continues to gather hundreds of famous businesses, chefs, artisans and vegetarian brands to promote Vietnamese vegetarian cuisine and encourage the community to choose an environmentally friendly lifestyle. Vegetarian cuisine is a symbol of green living culture. The unit hopes that each meal will become an action for health, the environment and a sustainable future.
The organizers plan to attract about 150,000 visitors in 5 days, contributing to making Ho Chi Minh City a prominent destination for vegetarian cuisine - sustainable lifestyle trends.
