Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Tran Song Tung - Standing Vice Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee - said that after the merger, Ninh Binh province owns a coastline of more than 90km, opening up great potential for sea tourism and resorts combined with agricultural tourism and craft villages. The connection between heritage tourism - ecotourism - sea tourism - craft village community will help Ninh Binh form a diverse product chain, meeting the needs of tourists for sightseeing, experiential resorts and four-season tourism.
Standing Vice Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee emphasized that through the Ninh Binh Sea Tourism Season 2026, Ninh Binh province affirms its determination to expand the tourism development space in a more comprehensive, diverse and sustainable direction.

The program gathers about 150 delegates who are representatives of typical travel businesses. This is an opportunity to connect tourism supply and demand, promote cooperation and develop new tourism products.
Along with that, the space to promote tourism products - OCOP - seafood will be organized from April 27 to May 3 with a scale of about 50 booths, introducing typical local products, contributing to honoring the cultural and culinary values of Ninh Binh coastal region.
Cultural and artistic activities such as stilt walking performances, kite flying festivals... will also take place continuously from April 28 to May 2 in the beach area, bringing unique experiences to visitors, while creating a unique community cultural living space.




The event is organized to promote the potential and strengths of Ninh Binh's sea tourism, and at the same time introduce unique cultural values, craft village products and types of experiential tourism, community tourism to domestic and foreign tourists. This is also an opportunity to connect cultural - tourism space, stimulate sea tourism demand, attract investment and effectively exploit resources to serve local socio-economic development.
