According to information from the Ninh Binh Department of Tourism, in the first 7 months of 2026, the whole province is estimated to welcome more than 18.7 million visitors, an increase of 23.34% compared to the same period last year. Total revenue from tourism activities reached nearly 19,350 billion VND, completing nearly 97% of the full-year plan.
According to statistics, in July alone, tourist areas and attractions in the province welcomed more than 1.1 million visitors, an increase of 23.53% compared to the same month last year; the number of tourists staying at accommodation establishments is estimated at over 320 thousand, an increase of 13.51%.
Total revenue from tourism activities in July is estimated at nearly 1,384 billion VND, an increase of 22.62% compared to the same period last year.
According to Ninh Binh Department of Tourism, the above results show that the local tourism industry continues to maintain stable growth momentum, gradually realizing the goal of making tourism a key economic sector.
