The three localities are considered to have many valuable historical and cultural relics, famous scenic spots and beautiful natural landscapes. In addition, many national and special national historical relics are also concentrated in the three areas.
However, tourism activities are mostly "seasonal" and have not fully exploited the potential strengths of the region.
At the Tourism Promotion and Promotion Conference "Nghe An - Thanh Hoa - Ninh Binh: Green Tourism Journey" on April 10, Ms. Vuong Thi Hai Yen, deputy director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thanh Hoa, commented that all three localities have many advantages to join hands in developing green tourism.
The three localities are linking to build and promote unique and attractive tourism programs, with the messages "Nghe An - Green Journey", "Thanh Hoa Tourism - The four seasons of Fragrance", "Ninh Binh - The world's leading friendly destination", Ms. Yen shared.
Although the three localities possess great potential and advantages to build attractive tours and tourist routes, the conference delegates also commented that some tourist destinations are still unprofessional, lacking high-class accommodation facilities and not rich experiences for tourists.

Mr. Truong Quoc Hung, Chairman of the UNESCO Hanoi Tourism Club, recommended that tourism in the three provinces should promote linkages, connecting cultural, spiritual and natural destinations into green tours to break the "seasonality".
Mr. Hung suggested that localities need to build specific mechanisms. "The locality joins hands to issue general tour tickets for all three localities, thereby facilitating businesses in building tours," he said.
Ms. Ta Thi Tu Uyen, Director of Products and Services, Vietravel Tourism Company, analyzed that the three localities that want to bring green tours to tourists should build a digital tourism map to introduce unique features of nature, culture, history to tourists...
"Building a digital map not only promotes the image of local tourism to tourists, but also creates conditions for businesses to build general tours for localities," said Ms. Uyen.

According to the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, the number of tourists to Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An is not small, but total tourism revenue is still limited.
Therefore, it is necessary to clearly define the goal and focus on extending the length of stay of tourists.
Mr. Ha Van Sieu, Deputy Director of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, said that the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism has implemented many models for developing tourism products to maximize cultural and ecological values, and especially improve the experience of tourists in all three localities.
To increase revenue, localities need to have more unique products for entertainment, night entertainment, and emotional activities.
