In the Bac Luan I bridge area, the subjects carrying out customs clearance procedures are border residents of Vietnam and China using Vietnam - China border area entry and exit passports.
Chinese citizens using multiple entry permits valid for one year of the People's Republic of China.
Foreign tourists need to apply for entry visas at the border gate.
In the Bac Luan II bridge area, customs clearance procedures are carried out for citizens using all types of valid entry and exit documents according to regulations.
To ensure smooth entry and exit activities, the Quang Ninh Provincial Border Gate Management Board requests functional forces at the border gate to strengthen equipment, arrange sufficient manpower in the Bac Luan II bridge area; coordinate traffic diversion to avoid congestion; resolve procedures quickly, creating favorable conditions for businesses, tourists and border residents.
It is proposed that Tan Dai Duong International Import-Export Joint Stock Company arrange sufficient means of transporting tourists between the two border gates; complete food and beverage services in the waiting area. Upgrade wharf infrastructure, ensure environmental sanitation and passenger service conditions.
