A network of more than 1,300 homestay accommodation establishments has been formed throughout the district, bringing a rustic but convenient architectural style, attracting a large number of domestic and international tourists to come to enjoy tea, admire the scenery and enjoy a slow living space.
According to Xinhua news agency, the rural tourism service supply chain has become a local economic pillar when directly creating and maintaining more than 80,000 jobs. To date, Vietnam has 5 destinations honored by the United Nations Tourism Organization (UN Tourism) as "Best Tourism Villages", including Tan Hoa weather-adaptive tourism village (Quang Tri), Tay Thai Hai ethnic cultural reserve (Thai Nguyen), Tra Que vegetable village (Da Nang City), Lo Lo Chai cultural tourism village (Tuyen Quang) and Quynh Son community tourism village (Lang Son).
When community tourism models are systematically planned, synchronously connected with the OCOP agricultural product value chain and travel infrastructure, tourism will help people get rich on their homeland, while contributing to reducing pressure on urban areas, creating a modern but rich in identity new rural appearance.
