Among the famous grilled chicken feet shops in Hanoi, the popular restaurant located in alley 56, Le Quang Dao street, Phu Do village (Nam Tu Liem district) is loved by many people even though it is not in the city center.
Previously, this alley was not too busy or had many shops. But now, new shops have sprung up side by side, some also sell grilled chicken feet competing, but not as crowded as A Phuong's shop.
The chicken feet here are big, the skin is thick, seasoned well, split in half and the bones are crushed for easy eating. When a customer orders, the owner brings a grill of chicken feet to grill on hot coals until they turn an attractive golden brown.

Each grilled chicken leg has a layer of skin the color of cockroach wings, is crispy and delicious. When enjoying, diners dip the chicken feet in a sweet sauce, making the flavor more perfect.
Chicken wings are made in a similar way, but are baked twice to ensure they are thoroughly cooked inside. Each chicken wing is brown, has crispy skin, soft, sweet meat, and a delicious aroma.
Each grilled chicken leg and wing has a plate of cucumber, Vietnamese coriander and a bowl of chili salt to eat with to reduce the feeling of fullness.

Bui Van Dung (born 1992, living in Phu Do village) commented on the restaurant: “This is my favorite chicken feet restaurant, because I feel it is the best among the restaurants I have eaten at. The grilled chicken wings and chicken feet are super rolled, well marinated! The honey toasted bread is also delicious.”

Ms. Oanh Nguyen (1983, Me Tri, Hanoi) shared: “Since I found out about this chicken feet restaurant, I have never eaten grilled chicken feet anywhere else but here. Each foot is split in half so it absorbs the spices and is easier to eat. When eating, the chicken feet feel quite fresh, because the restaurant staff only grills them when customers order them, they are not available. Every time I come to eat, I have to buy some banh mi to take home. The marinated chicken wings are a bit spicy, but not too special.”
Although the restaurant is not located in the city center, it is always crowded with customers. When visiting the restaurant, customers park their vehicles on the sidewalk opposite.
The restaurant opens from 9am to 10pm. The menu is not very diverse, mainly selling 3 main dishes: grilled chicken feet, grilled chicken wings and honey grilled banh mi. Grilled chicken feet cost 15,000 VND/piece, grilled chicken wings 26,000 VND/piece, grilled banh mi 10,000 VND/piece.
