The 4th Summit of the Partnership Forum for Green Growth and Global Goals (P4G) in 2025 is an opportunity to promote Vietnam tourism.

The Vietnam National Administration of Tourism has just issued an official dispatch to the Department of Culture, Sports and the Hanoi City Department of Tourism on promoting tourism to serve the 4th Green Growth Partnership Forum and Global Goals (P4G) Summit in 2025.

Accordingly, the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism recommends that the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports coordinate with the Hanoi Department of Tourism to integrate Vietnam tourism promotion with the Conference identification set provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on decorative means, propaganda, and visual promotion (cards, billboards, posters, outdoor electronic screens, etc.).

Organize space to introduce culture - tourism inside and outside the Summit area, at airports, main streets and public spaces in the city.

The Vietnam National Administration of Tourism will provide tourism promotion videos to be shown on screens during the conference.

The Vietnam National Administration of Tourism also requested the Hanoi Department of Tourism to guide tourist accommodation establishments serving delegates at the Conference to review, renovate, upgrade, and complete facilities, human resources and service processes, control service quality, ensure hygiene, security, and food safety.

Decorate, promote destinations, arrange screens to show videos introducing Vietnam and Hanoi tourism. Organize to welcome delegates, coordinate with travel businesses to arrange tables to introduce and sell tourism programs for delegates staying at hotels.

The Hanoi Department of Tourism guides travel businesses to choose quality tourism products, outstanding and attractive tourism programs to introduce and serve international delegates and reporters upon request. Coordinate with hotels where accommodation delegates arrange tour tables.

Guide tourist attractions to improve landscapes, facilities, ensure hygiene, signs, instructions, and arrange presenters at the attraction to serve Conference delegates as required.

Check and control the quality of services in the area, especially tourism services serving delegates at the Conference to ensure the supply of unique and quality tourism products.

Previously, chairing a meeting to review the preparation for the 4th P4G Summit, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son especially noted the need to apply digital technology right from the stage of preparation, image promotion, cultural and artistic activities... Organizing the conference requires attention to combining tradition with modernity, trying to take advantage of and apply new achievements of science and technology.

The 4th P4G Summit, in addition to the participation of the top leaders of the 9 P4G countries, is also expected to invite senior leaders of ASEAN countries, important partners such as China, the US, Japan, India, New Zealand, France, Germany... along with leaders of international organizations, corporations...
