On September 1st, at the Management Board of Ham Rong Mountain Eco-tourism Area, Sa Pa ward, the opening ceremony of the Sắc Vàng Trên Mây 2026 festival was held, with many cultural, artistic and folk games activities, bringing a joyful atmosphere to people and tourists during the National Day holiday September 2nd.
Within the framework of the festival, the art program with the theme "Echoes of Northwest Autumn" includes 6 performances, imbued with the cultural identity of the Mong, Tay, and Dao ethnic groups.
Solo performances, folk dances, and sạp dances created a bustling atmosphere, while introducing the unique cultural features of the Sa Pa highland people.
Besides cultural performances, many folk games such as blindfolded goat catching, duck necklace throwing, blindfolded drum beating, swing, and rocking bridge attracted a large number of people and tourists to participate.
The festival space therefore becomes vibrant, bringing close and colorful local cultural experiences.
Cultural activities and folk games continue to take place from the afternoon of September 1st to the end of September 2nd, contributing to creating more entertainment spots and cultural experiences for people and tourists during the holidays in Sa Pa.
