According to information from Da Nang International Airport, in the period from August 29 to September 4, flights to and from the airport are expected to reach an average of 318 flights/day, an increase of about 15.4% compared to the same period in 2025. At some peak hours, the take-off and landing frequency is up to 25 flights/hour.
In the road transport segment, Mr. Pham Loi - General Director of Da Nang Bus Station Transport and Management Joint Stock Company - said that compared to normal days, the number of passengers during the holiday increased by about 20-30%. It is expected that during the National Day holiday, there will be more than 500 buses departing from Da Nang Central Bus Station every day.
To serve the increasing travel demand, from before the holidays, the bus station has worked with transport business units, requesting them to proactively arrange vehicles and prepare additional vehicles ready when the number of passengers increases sharply. Businesses also proactively arrange vehicles and increase trips on routes with high demand.

The coordination plan at the station is deployed flexibly in the direction that vehicles with enough passengers will be allowed to leave the station immediately so that other vehicles can quickly enter the passenger pick-up position. This approach helps increase vehicle turnover, minimizing the situation of too many people gathering at the station.
In addition, Mr. Loi added that currently most passengers have booked tickets in advance and have been notified by the bus company and scheduled the exact time to get on the bus. Unlike before when people went to the station to wait for many hours causing passenger congestion, this new habit helps the bus station maintain order and ventilation.
Information from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Da Nang City said that during the holiday from August 29 to September 2, the number of visitors to the city is expected to increase by about 18% compared to the same period in 2025.
The average room occupancy rate in the whole city is expected to reach about 65 - 70%; especially the 4-5 star and equivalent hotel block reaches from 70 - 75%. Accommodation is mainly concentrated in coastal establishments and the city center, especially in the An Hai, Ngu Hanh Son, Hai Chau, Son Tra, Hoi An, Hoi An Dong and Hoi An Tay areas.
