Hue - Culinary Capital 2026 program with the theme "Hue Beef Noodle Day" officially opens, taking place from July 23-26. This is an activity chaired by Hue City Department of Tourism, in coordination with organizing units within the framework of Hue Festival 2026.
According to the leader of Hue City Department of Tourism, to ensure security and order and food safety and hygiene throughout the event, the unit has coordinated with departments, branches, localities and functional forces to synchronously implement many solutions.
Specifically, the Department of Tourism coordinates with Hue City Police, Department of Health, market management forces and related units to strengthen inspection and supervision of ensuring security, food safety, fire prevention and fighting, environmental sanitation, and at the same time regulate traffic in the program area. The forces also arrange on-duty personnel to promptly handle arising situations, contributing to ensuring a safe and civilized tourism environment for people and tourists.
The program gathers 80 booths of restaurants, businesses, craft villages, artisans and chef associations from Hue City and many provinces and cities across the country. In addition to enjoying Hue beef noodle soup and regional specialties, visitors can also experience many activities such as the National Hue Beef Noodle Festival, setting a record for Hue beef noodle soup performances, the art program "Van Cu Legend and Huong Ngu Symphony", and cultural and culinary promotion activities taking place throughout four days.
