Gulf of Tonkin, sea area from Quang Tri to Binh Dinh, strong Northeast wind level 6-7, gust level 8-9, rough sea, waves from 2.0-5.5m high. North and Central East Sea area (including Hoang Sa archipelago), sea area west of South East Sea area (including Truong Sa archipelago west of Truong Sa archipelago), sea area from Phu Yen to Binh Thuan, strong Northeast wind level 7, gust level 8-9, rough sea, waves from 4.0-6.0m high.
The sea area from Ba Ria-Vung Tau to Ca Mau has strong northeast wind level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8-9, rough sea, waves from 4.0-6.0m high.
Due to the influence of the cold air strengthening, the area from Ha Tinh to Binh Dinh will have rain, showers and scattered thunderstorms, locally heavy rain.
