Accompanying the 10th Da Lat Flower Festival, the Korean Embassy in Vietnam in coordination with the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee will host the Korean Cultural Day in Da Lat in 2024 from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on December 13 at Lam Vien Square.
The Korean Cultural Day Program in Da Lat in 2024 is organized to enhance cultural exchange between Korea and Vietnam in localities with great development potential in Vietnam and known to many Korean people such as Da Lat.
The program will begin with a kim jang experience - a collective Korean kimchi culture using Da Lat vegetables at 8:00 a.m. on January 13, 2024. About 200 people will have the opportunity to experience one of the beautiful cultural features of Korea, gathering together and making kimchi when winter comes with the guidance of a Korean culinary instructor.
The booth and exhibition area takes place from 9am to 9pm on December 13, including many diverse and attractive activities such as: experience wearing hanbok; chasing pictures to guess Korean culture; experience making handmade Korean kites; flying kites using virtual reality technology; experience K-pop and interesting Korean creative content; learn about Korean tourism and Korean copyright; learn and experience culture, tourism and products of Da Lat...
In particular, the Vietnam - Korea cultural and artistic exchange music night promises to bring a moving, meaningful and emotional art night with extremely impressive, vibrant and unique performances by the Korean B-boy group SDG Crew, the Korean girl group Queen, singer Trung Quan Idol, the K-pop dance group Cover Dance Lucifer & Bestever and artists from the Da Lat City Cultural Center.
