Xich Dang Temple of Literature is crowded with visitors asking for calligraphy at the beginning of the year

Hung Yen - On February 20, at Xich Dang Temple of Literature (Son Nam ward), the Calligraphy Exhibition, Ca Tru singing and giving letters at the beginning of Spring 2026 took place.

On the occasion of Binh Ngo Tet 2026, in order to preserve and promote the good traditional cultural values of the nation, on February 20 (ie, the 4th day of the first lunar month of Binh Ngo year), at Xich Dang Temple of Literature (Le Quy Don street, Son Nam ward, Hung Yen province), the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized the opening of the Calligraphy Exhibition, Ca Tru singing and giving letters at the beginning of Spring 2026.

Attending the opening ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Huu Nghia - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, along with leaders of the Provincial Propaganda and Training Committee; Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Department of Education and Training and a large number of people and tourists.

The exhibition and accompanying activities are unique cultural highlights in the first days of the new year, contributing to honoring the tradition of studiousness, the morality of "respecting teachers and valuing morality" and the beauty of asking for and giving letters every Tet holiday, Spring comes.

In the sacred and ancient space of the Temple of Literature, people and tourists can admire many unique calligraphy works with content praising the homeland, country, aspirations for development and good wishes for the beginning of Spring.
