At the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, the Vietravel Board of Directors approved the decision to adjust the enterprise name. Accordingly, Vietnam Transport Tourism and Marketing Joint Stock Company (Vietravel) will officially be named "Vietravel Tourism Joint Stock Company".
The shortening of the name aims to simplify the brand recognition system and emphasize the core nature of tourism services. Vietravel's Board of Directors said that this decision comes from the group's entrepreneurial spirit and long-term strategic vision, preparing for a new, stronger development phase.
This renovation is not only about changing the name but also affirms Vietravel's long-term strategic vision and aspiration to reach greatness. We are proud of the Vietravel brand with nearly 30 years of development, and believe that the new name will continue to help Vietravel strongly integrate into the international market.

Vietravel's predecessor - Transportation Tourism & Marketing Company was established on December 20, 1995, with only 7 employees and modest charter capital. In August 2010, Vietravel was converted into a member company of Vietnam Tourism & Transport Marketing Limited.
In early 2014, Vietravel officially became Vietnam Transport Tourism and Marketing Joint Stock Company and listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (code VTR) in 2019.
In nearly 30 years of establishment and development, Vietravel has expanded its branch system in most major provinces and cities of Vietnam and established representative offices in many countries (US, France, Australia, Cambodia, Thailand, Singapore...). The company also invests in many strategic projects to diversify services.
For example, Vietravel Airlines (a travel airline) and tripU travel technology platform are proof of the group's constant creative efforts. These achievements create a solid foundation to move towards the stature of a leading multinational travel company.
By adjusting the name, the company affirms its new strategic vision - pioneering innovation for sustainable development.
